Calabasitas Burrito
This burrito was delicious and fresh! A great veggie option; I ordered it as vegan so minus the cheese. The tortilla was soft and the squash was cooked perfectly. I wrote a note requesting guacamole instead of cheese and the restaurant honored it. I hope they add this as a modification option for us vegans.
